Young mother’s death ruled a homicide

JEFFERSON_The Ashtabula County Sheriff s Office received the official coroner ‘s verdict in the death of Rand Al Dulaimi, Thursday.

Upon full inquiry based on all the known facts, Ashtabula County Coroner Pamela L. Lancaster, found that Al Dulaimi died from neck compression and blunt force head injury. The manner of death was ruled a homicide.

The investigation into Al Dulaimi ‘s death is ongoing. The Sheriff s Office is waiting on final lab results from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation. BCI.

JEFFERSON_The Ashtabula County Sheriff s Office has named Jeffrey A. Stanley as a person of interest in the disappearance of 23-year-old Rand  Al Dulaimi.

Stanley, 28, of 4506 Ninevah Road, Saybrook Township, was arrested July  14, 2018 on a parole violation and is being held in the Ashtabula County Jail.

Al Dulaimi, of Lambros Lane, Ashtabula, disappeared Monday, July 9, 2018 under suspicious circumstances. She was last seen at Stanley’s Ninevah Road address.
